Commercial real estate firm located in downtown Chicago, IL is searching for a Full Time Administrative Assistant to add to our growing team! This position includes a mix of administrative and marketing duties. We are looking for a quick-learning individual who is creative, outgoing, dependable and resourceful.
Specific responsibilities include:
Work with sales team on general and customized presentations.
Create & distribute digital publications, e-mail campaigns, marketing materials.
Work with management and sales team on strategic and day-to-day marketing needs.
Creation of proposals, marketing of listings and maintenance of company web site.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop & Illustrator
Must be highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be independent and resourceful. Must have exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
