Job Description

Advocate Commercial Real Estate Advisors, a fast growing Chicago-based commercial real estate firm, is looking to add to its business development team. Compensation for the position will be salary plus commission.

The successful candidates who qualify for this position will be motivated self-starters with business to business sales experience. Candidates must have high energy, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.


The activities for the position will include the following:

  • Cold call and canvas to generate new business leads.

  • Network to identify business opportunities.

  • Participate in presentations and meetings with prospective clients.

  • Act as an ongoing liaison for new and existing client relationships.

Requirements

Specific requirements include:

  • Four year degree (minimum)

  • Three Years business to business sales experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
