Ben Klimenko

Ben joined Advocate in 2025 as a Client Relationship Associate. His primary responsibilities with Advocate include identifying and developing new business accounts, maintaining existing client relationships, and supporting senior principals in assignments on behalf of major clients.

Prior to joining Advocate, Ben worked at Matthews REIS where he was responsible for researching and collecting market rents, generating leads, and collecting building information. He graduated from Indiana University with Bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate and Finance from the Kelley School of Business.

Outside of Advocate, Ben enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his family.
