Ben Klimenko

Ben joined Advocate in 2025 as an Analyst. His primary responsibilities include generating and curating financial cash flow analysis and other financial models for Advocate clients, conducting market research, and assisting the brokerage team with transactions.

Prior to joining Advocate, Ben worked at Matthews REIS where he was responsible for researching and collecting market rents, generating leads, and collecting building information. He graduated from Indiana University with Bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate and Finance from the Kelley School of Business.

Outside of Advocate, Ben enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his family.
