Brennan Staude

Brennan joined Advocate in 2025 as a Client Relationship Associate. Her primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business accounts, maintaining existing client relationships, and supporting senior principals in assignments on behalf of major clients.

Prior to Advocate, Brennan worked as a brokerage intern at Founders 3 in Milwaukee with their investment sales and office and industrial leasing teams. She also interned at Colliers as a brokerage intern where she assisted the brokerage teams in market research, sale and lease comps, and client tours.

Brennan graduated from the Wisconsin School of Business at UW Madison with a BBA in Marketing and Real Estate, as well as a certificate in Sustainability.

Outside of work she enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants, boating, playing pickleball, and spending time with friends and family!
