Caroline Crotty

Caroline joined Advocate in 2026 as a Client Relationship Associate. Her primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business accounts, maintaining existing client relationships, and supporting senior principals in assignments on behalf of major clients.

Prior to joining Advocate, Caroline worked as an Executive Search Consultant for JMJ Phillip Group where she provided recruitment services in the manufacturing, supply chain, and technology sectors. She also worked as an Account Manager with WJW Management where she prospected new clients, managed facility maintenance work orders, and maintained client and service provider relationships.

Caroline graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication.

Outside of work she enjoys trying new restaurants, reading and playing volleyball.
