Jackson Schmelter

Jackson Schmelter joined Advocate in 2025 as a Client Relationship Associate.  His primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business accounts, maintaining existing client relationships, and supporting senior principals on assignments for major clients.

Before joining Advocate, Jackson gained valuable experience as an Investment Sales Intern at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he specialized in Net Lease Retail properties and developed a strong foundation in commercial real estate.

Jackson earned his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Tulane University.

Outside of Advocate, Jackson enjoys time on Lake Michigan or cooking at home.
