Joe Ellis

Joe Ellis joined Advocate Advisors as an Analyst in 2025. His primary responsibilities include generating and curating cash flow analyses and financial models for clients, conducting market research, and supporting the brokerage team through the transaction process.

Prior to joining Advocate, Joe gained valuable experience as an intern with Principal Asset Management on the U.S. Wealth Distribution team, where he developed investment models and performed portfolio analysis to support client allocation strategies.

Joe holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Iowa.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys staying active, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
