His primary responsibilities include driving new client acquisition, expanding strategic relationships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives across Advocate’s commercial real estate advisory services.

Kaleb brings over six years of experience leading revenue growth, business development, and client strategy across SaaS, enterprise technology, and complex consultative sales environments.

He has built and led high-performing teams, closed high-value business with executive stakeholders, and driven market expansion through disciplined execution and negotiation.

Kaleb holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from DePaul University, with a focus on strategy and decision-making.
