Oliver Schachtman

Oliver joined Advocate in 2026 as a Client Relationship Associate. His primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business accounts, maintaining existing client relationships, and supporting senior principals in assignments on behalf of major clients.

Prior to joining Advocate, Oliver worked as a Multifamily Associate for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he focused on multifamily investment sales throughout the Midwest. He advised property owners and investors on asset valuations, market conditions, and disposition strategy, building long-term relationships and helping clients make informed decisions about their real estate portfolios.

Oliver graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a BA in Sports Media.

Outside of Advocate, Oliver enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as traveling.
