Renee Betzelos

Renee is the joint liaison officer between Advocate and ProTen Realty Group. Her firm successfully represented tenants in the acquisition and disposition of space since its founding in 2001.  Renee has worked on transactions valued at over $3.5 billion. She has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including corporate relocations, building purchases and sales, master planning, renewals, build-to-suits, dispositions and account management. Renee’s specialty is to troubleshoot on difficult transactions. 

Renee was nominated for 2013 Office Redevelopment 104 South Michigan Avenue” and the “2010 Broker Transaction of the Year: Downtown Office” by NAIOP and was the recipient of the 2001 Outstanding Achievement award: “Bringing Boeing to Chicago”.  She is also an active investor in startups and is part of the Chicago ArchAngels. She is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago and is a Past Executive Board Member of Face the Future Foundation (UIC Craniofacial), and Northwestern University Council of 100.

Renee has her Bachelor of Arts and MBA from Northwestern University.
